2017 KARM Dragon
Boat Festival
Early on the morning of June 17th, paddlers practiced their strokes and prepared to man their boats as the 15th annual KARM Dragon Boat Festival got under way at The Cove at Concord Park. Over 25 teams competed this year in the seven-hour event, which featured food vendors and fun activities for all ages. The main attraction, of course, was the
races themselves, as, to the sound of drums marking the paddle strokes, the gathered crowd cheered their favorites on to victory.
