Marble City Brewing Company owners Adam Palmer and Johnathan Borsodi may have hit a home-run when they brought in Jennifer Muckerman from St. Louis, Mo., to be the brain behind their brews. Since graduating from Siebel Institute of Technology’s brewing program, she has worked at many breweries, including Trailhead Brewing Company in Missouri.
