The entrance to the community at Rarity Bay is nothing if not imposing. A large double gate adorned with three waterfalls bears the community’s name, and a visitor must wind past the real estate office and community center building before reaching a gatehouse where every visitor or resident must check in with the guard. Pastures reach out on either side of the well-maintained road, and horses graze near the entrance.
