for the second consecutive year, the Knoxville
film & music festival sponsored the hottest
oscars party in town. Held at market Square’s
newest venue, Scruffy city Hall, on march 2,
the black tie event was also sponsored by the
tennessee veterans business association.
in addition to a live viewing of the academy
awards Show, the Knoscar party featured live
music by the jonathan Keeney jazz ensemble,
a red carpet worthy of Knoxville’s greatest stars
(featuring a life-size oscar statuette!), and a
