Local owner Patrick Baker wanted to carry on the tradition of making jam the old-fashioned way. His jams are made by an old-order Mennonite family in the hills of Tennessee, heated over wood fires and canned by hand in small batches. 2. Wee In TN

WEE is a family-based farm owned by Stacy and Kara, who both have multiple agricultural degrees from the University of Tennessee. WEE focuses on heirloom plants and vegetables canned in their certified kitchen. They have delivery routes beginning in April. Shop their online store at weeintn.org.

3. Smoky Mountain Farms

Smoky Mountain Farms Jelly House is located on Brookside Village Way in Gatlinburg. You’ll have to swing by or call (865) 436-4049 to get their jam, but you will have plenty to choose from.
