She is also an intuitive healer—and during each session I’m able to let go of past negative experi- ences and open myself up to this exciting and positive time in my life.

to health. That’s why Scott and Michelle—and our many other well- ness partners—have been fundamen- tal to our efforts to restore our health and take charge of our lives. These partners have helped Becca and me develop the eating habits and active routines that fit our own unique bodies and lifestyles. They’ve set us on courses to success and over time have helped us recognize our own confidence in our abilities. As we’ve grown more confident, Becca and I still meet with Scott and Michelle and touch base often with questions; we also make the most of our in-person training sessions.
We are beginning to utilize the les- sons we’ve learned to create realistic exercise and eating programs that we can take with us for the rest of our lives. As Michelle says, these new routines shouldn’t be something you do for three months and then throw in the towel; they should become part of your life and we must be willing to allow them to change as we change.
Transformation Knoxville began as a 90-day challenge, but has since become synonymous with being well and living well.
