As the company grew, son Steve Patterson grew up in and worked in the business, running the operation for the past 35 years. Steve’s son Mark, who also grew up in the business, has been in charge for the past several years.
Having grown up with the employees he now leads, Mark’s passion is his people. He has a great affinity for their well-being, and that has enabled him to earn their respect as a leader. The average employee has worked for the company for over 10 years, some over 25 years. This type of one-on-one intimate environment offers a chance to see how the installed items will look and operate. The facility is also available for cooking demonstrations or corporate meetings of up to 14 people.
