And while it has become the norm to call a rep and wait for a computer to connect you, that’s not the case at Tate. “You will always get a live human, and that’s because of the value this company places on customer service. The world’s gone to cutting corners with automation, but we believe that human interaction is the only way to go.”

To top off this superior customer service is a team dedicated to their community. Through their “Taking Care of Our Community” program, each referral made results in a charitable donation in their client’s name to The Emerald Youth Foundation. “We believe in giving back,” Bilbrey says. “After all, this is our community, and it’s our job to support it.”
