SIGNATURE CHEF AUCTION

for the 23rd year, march of Dimes brought us
their Signature chef auction event to raise

funds for infants and mothers in need. more
than 20 chefs from local restaurants partici-

pated in the event on november 10, donat-
ing their time and a signature dish that was

sampled by the 400 attendees. the event, at
the Knoxville convention center, included both

a silent and live auction as well as live enter-
tainment—and of course, delicious food from

some of the city’s best culinary minds.—S.H.c.
