“We also FaceTime with customers,” says Hayes, “taking them through the showroom via their phone or laptop. So, if the customer wants to do the whole process virtually, we can do that. Often, they’ll start with a virtual visit, then come into the showroom, but we’re here to do whatever makes it most convenient for them.”
