One of the things that sets Metropolis apart from the competition is a commitment to continued learning. Living up to their name, they are a bustling hub of activity and interaction. Since 1994, they have hosted over 60 seminars for local hairdressers in their 42-seat classroom. Bringing in some of the world’s most talented stylists, they open these sessions up to their friendly competition hoping to improve Knoxville’s salon service industry as a whole.
No matter the service, Metropolis is laser-focused on making every guest a client for life. “It is not just one or two people who make Metropolis great,” says Scott Stuart. “It is our team and our guests who make our salon the best!”
Coupled with their win in this year’s Best of the Best competition, Metropolis is the proud winner of Salon Today’s 2019 Total Salon Makeover Competition. As the winner, they received a $30,000 upgrade of their facilities including new salon management software, furnishings, and products that will help them even better serve their customers moving forward.
