15th Annual KARM Dragon Boat Festival

The 15th Annual KARM Dragon Boat Festival is coming to the Cove at Concord Park from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Teams race Hong Kong style boats across the water, raising money to benefit Knox Area Rescue Ministries. Enjoy a day of boat races, music, food, and children’s activities with KARM!
