Classy Caterer

Exceptional food. Every detail considered.

A memorable event begins with an invitation and ends with guests glad they came. In between, someone has to get everything right. The food must be delicious, the service attentive, and the details handled well enough that the host can enjoy the occasion, too. That is where Classy Cater shines.

A Gold winner in both Party Catering and Business Catering in Cityview’s Best of the Best, Classy Cater brings the same commitment to a small business lunch that it brings to an annual gathering of more than 500 people. Excellent food earns guests’ attention. The level of service surrounding it is what gives hosts the confidence to call again.

For Trisha Kelly, that confidence begins with understanding the person planning the event. Before discussing how an occasion will come together, she wants to know what the client hopes it will become.

“I want to personalize every event that we sit down and plan,” Kelly says. “I want to meet with you one on one.”

That conversation gives clients room to share ideas, ask questions, and describe the experience they want their guests to have. Kelly draws on previous events to suggest possibilities, but she is equally interested in a fresh idea. Her approach leaves room for imagination while giving it the practical support necessary to become a successful occasion.

Corporate gatherings hold a particular appeal. Kelly spent more than 30 years in the corporate world, gaining firsthand experience with symposiums and events of varying sizes. She understands the work behind bringing people together and the importance of making an organization look its best.

“Corporate events is where I want to start because that’s where my heart is,” she says.

That background informs a business equipped to serve everything from office lunches to large celebrations. Whether the occasion is professional or personal, the goal is to make guests feel well cared for and give the host a capable partner throughout the process.

Classy Cater is also expanding its wedding and event-planning services. After catering several successful weddings this year, the business is helping couples shape more of the celebration itself. Bringing catering and planning together allows Kelly to connect the menu with the larger vision and coordinate the details that give an event its character.

“It’s all in the details,” she says.

Those details can extend beyond the table to finding event space, arranging entertainment, and connecting clients with the people needed to complete their plans.

Nonprofit organizations are especially close to Kelly’s heart. She recognizes how much volunteers carry, often balancing fundraising responsibilities with numerous other demands. Helping them organize an event, make contacts, and put the pieces in order can ease that burden while supporting the cause they serve.

As Classy Cater welcomes new clients and grows, its appeal remains personal: good food, thoughtful planning, and service that reflects the importance of the occasion. From a business lunch to a wedding reception or a major annual event, Kelly wants clients to feel that someone understands their vision and is working carefully to fulfill it.

For hosts, that means more time with their guests. For guests, it means an occasion worth remembering.
