Chief Manager Vio Rotar is a third-generation construction tradesman whose introduction to building came through his family. His grandfather began the tradition, and his father taught Vio the fundamentals of masonry. Growing up in the Republic of Moldova, and gaining experience in Moldova, Romania and Russia, Vio developed an appreciation for detailed craftsmanship long before he ever built a home in East Tennessee.
In 2000, Vio moved to the United States. Over the years, he expanded his construction knowledge, earned his credentials as a general contractor and ultimately made Tennessee home. Today, he works alongside his brother Tony and sister Anastasya building homes throughout the Knoxville area. That family connection is an important part of what makes Elegant Homes different.
