Building a custom home involves a lot of moving parts. Plans evolve. Materials need to be selected. Construction progresses through multiple phases. And naturally, homeowners have questions along the way. Matthew Ische has those answers. “I’ve worked in some form of construction since high school,” he recounts, “and in several facets of the commercial construction business from 2002 to 2015. That included building modular offices, pouring concrete, installing landscaping, home automation, and underground electrical. I entered the residential construction business in 2016 and from there, spent 5 years in production building before stepping into custom residential construction.”

“We’re an open book builder,” says Ische. “Not only do we provide visuals to everything financial to the build, but we also take opportunities to educate our clients on the science behind building. Our CRM software gives scheduling visuals with daily updates that have photos attached to keep the clients informed in real time. We have an in-house real estate agent who helps find the lot to build on. We draw up their house plans from scratch and an in-house designer when it comes to making their selections for the build, We’re truly a one-stop shop and white glove turnkey service.”
