Get ready to elevate your game at the annual Knoxville Summit. The event is back with an all star line-up of speakers including Clay Travis, Randy Boyd, and Inky Johnson.
Attendees of the conference will have the rare opportunity to listen to local trailblazers who have made a name for themselves in the business and sports world while networking with other achievers. The purpose for the event is to make a lasting impact on the Knoxville community through innovation and teamwork as well as how to implement leadership strategies.
Tamika Catchings, 4-time Gold Medalist and Former Lady Vol, who now serves as the VP of Basketball Operations for the Indiana Fever will be one of the many talented speakers of the convention. The main appeal to Catchings was the chance to collaborate with the other professionals committed to encouraging and cultivating the next generation of leaders while sharing her own story.
“I’m thrilled to be part of the Knoxville Summit, an incredible opportunity to grow, learn, and inspire through leadership,” Tamika says. “Leadership is about growth and service, and I’m excited to be in a room full of leaders committed to both.”
Financial advisor and former college basketball coach, Mark Pancratz, is the host and mastermind behind the event. After attending numerous business conferences out of town, Pancrazt was inspired to design one in Knoxville, not only to stay close to his family but also to create an opportunity for others in the area to take their business to the next level. However, Pancratz’s goal goes beyond a typical professional seminar and hopes that after leaving, attendees will feel a sense of community morale.
“A lot of people think that every leader has it together, but my hope is that you will see we all have strengths and challenges that we are working through,” Pancratz says. “At this event, you will be surrounding yourself with other like-minded individuals that you can learn from which will ultimately help our community and surrounding ones too.”
Knoxville Summit 2025 will be held April 24th at the brand new Covenant Health Park.
