Travel with ease to the Eastern Hemisphere by experiencing the 6th Annual Knoxville Asian Festival on August 25. Attendees of all ages can stamp their festival passport at booths located in Knox Epcot, which will offer a taste or interactive activity of different countries. Vendors will be representing countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Lao, Malaysia, India, Burma, Korea, China, Japan, Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam. The main attractions, held in Worlds Fair Park, will feature martial arts demonstrations, professional musicians, a Japanese tea ceremony, and Japanese drummers from Disney World. This year, the festival will also be partnering with the Knoxville Chamber to host a one week long cultural and business manner seminar.
