Prior to joining Charles Burks, Jr. to form Burks & Ogle in 2022, Ogle spent eight years as a trial prosecutor in the District Attorney General’s office in the 6th Judicial District in Knoxville. Burks is a long-time, distinguished trial lawyer in the region with a wealth of experience representing citizens accused of crimes and those facing various other legal challenges.
