Gerald Witt is a journalist living in downtown Knoxville. He's been a staff writer at several newspapers in the Southeast, most recently the Knoxville News Sentinel, and received local, state, and national recognition for his work. Now he teaches journalism at the University of Tennessee and writes at beerandfoodweekly.com in addition to his work here.
